Qezxavo™ uses e-commerce and payment service providers to support secure transaction processing and checkout functionality.

Secure Connections

Information submitted through supported checkout pages is transmitted using encrypted connections where provided by the platform and payment service infrastructure.

Payment Processing

Sensitive card and payment credentials may be processed directly by authorized payment providers. Qezxavo™ customer service will never ask you to send a full card number, CVV security code or online banking password through email.

Authorization & Verification

Transactions may be subject to authorization, identity verification or fraud-prevention checks by banks, payment providers or our e-commerce service providers.

Order Review

We may review an order when payment information appears incomplete, inconsistent or potentially unauthorized. Where appropriate, an order may be placed on hold or canceled.

Currency Conversion

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, international transaction charges or other fees. These charges are controlled by the relevant provider.

Payment Problems

If your payment is declined or appears to have been charged incorrectly, contact us with your order information. Do not email sensitive payment credentials.
